Hi! I’m Steph, the founder of Pharo Consulting, and I’m excited to share more about who I am and what we do. At Pharo Consulting, we specialize in helping innovative start-ups and scaling entrepreneurs navigate the complexities and chaos of growth. Who are we?
My journey to this point started with a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact. Businesses can make meaningful changes in the world, but to do that, they need a solid foundation to grow from. My career has taken me into a wide variety of industries and various positions, and each one has taught me something meaningful that I am keen to share. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs and business owners face. From securing funding to building strong, cohesive teams, the path to success is often filled with obstacles that can be daunting (understatement!) to navigate alone. This is what drives me to do what I do.
